Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Sunrise Learning Hub website and the booking of a free discovery call. By booking a call you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child the lessons are for, and that you are at least 18 and able to enter this agreement on their behalf.

Discovery calls. The 20-minute discovery call is free and carries no obligation to book lessons. It is a conversation to understand your child's needs and see if we are a good fit.

Lessons and pricing. Lessons are ₦10,000 per hour. The website does not take bookings or payment for lessons. After your discovery call, lesson scheduling and payment are arranged directly with you. Any terms for paid lessons (timing, cancellation, refunds) are agreed with you at that point and sit alongside these terms.

What we provide. Our tutors are Nigeria-based qualified educators who deliver one-to-one lessons online. We give honest, professional teaching and care, but we do not promise specific grades, exam results or other outcomes, as a child's progress depends on many things outside our control.

Conduct. Lessons are one-to-one and intended for the enrolled child. A parent or guardian is responsible for arranging a suitable, supervised space for the child during online lessons. Please treat our tutors with respect, as we treat your family. We may decline or end lessons where behaviour makes a safe, productive lesson impossible.

Our responsibility. We are responsible for delivering our service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Operator and governing law. Sunrise Learning Hub is an online tutoring service operated from Nigeria by Olujoke Olabomi, with lessons delivered online by Nigeria-based tutors. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the Nigerian courts. Nothing here removes any consumer rights you may have under the laws of your own country.

Changes. We may update these terms, and the current version always lives on this page. If you book a call or lessons after a change, the version on this page at that time applies.
